Rick specializes in structuring strategic alliances and advancing development initiatives across diverse sectors, including hotel, resort and casino development projects, aviation, automotive, sustainable energy, advanced technologies, hospitality, nightlife, and large-scale urban real estate development.

Mr. Sakher Al Shawwa - Founder & Partner
Sakher Al Shawwa has over (30) thirty years of global entreprenurial experiences within several businesses ranging from Automotive, Hospitality, Restaurant ownership, Retail and Banking sectors. Sakher has previously served as the Senior Vice President of Sales of RAK Bank in the UAE. For over 18 consecutive years, Sakher has continuously demonstrated significant profitability in his business endeavours even during the COVID and global financial crises. Over the years Sakher has also built several groups of companies and has taken them global. Sakher is currently the Group Founder & Chairman:
